What to Expect From Your Inspection

If you are in need of a home inspection in the Bradenton area, Florida Property Group is here to help. Whether you are a seller, buyer, investor, real estate professional, lender or insurer, we are capable of providing you with the expert and efficient inspection services you need.

We am focused on education, and our goal is to provide you with all of the information you need about the property in question and its overall condition. We welcome clients to walk through the home with me and to ask any questions they may have throughout the inspection process.

Florida Property Group has a thorough, multi-point checklist that ensures that no stone is left unturned. We will explain the overall, general condition of the home and its systems to you and your agent after your inspection is complete.

In addition, we will compile a comprehensive report, delivered online via HTML or PDF format, documenting all of the findings including images, references and further details. This report will be available for you both in a desktop-friendly format and a mobile format so that you can stay in the loop and check your report even when you’re on the go.

We always include a free basic thermal scan of your home with any full home inspection.
