North Port Home Inspection FAQs
How long does a home inspection take?
Most full home inspections take approximately two to four hours, depending on the property’s size, age, condition, systems and optional services.
When will I receive the report?
We provide a detailed digital report with photographs the same day as the inspection.
Should I attend the inspection?
You are welcome to attend. Many clients find it especially helpful to join us near the end so we can explain the most important findings and answer questions.
Can you inspect homes with private wells or septic systems?
We inspect visible and accessible plumbing components within the home. Laboratory well-water testing is available. Septic tanks, drain fields and underground components require evaluation by an appropriately qualified septic contractor.
Is infrared thermal imaging included?
Yes. Thermal imaging is included at no additional cost with every full home inspection and is used when conditions and accessibility allow.
Do you provide 4-point and wind mitigation inspections?
Yes. We provide both reports as standalone services or alongside a full home inspection.
Can you inspect a pool or spa?
Yes. Pool and spa inspections can be added to a full home inspection and cover accessible equipment, visible components and safety features.
How do I schedule?
